I was first introduced to meditation in 2001, right after the violence at the World Trade Center. Life at that time seemed chaotic and unpredictable. Over time, I have learned that meditation is a practical way to find strength, calm, and stability in the best of times and also at the worst.
Meditation is now a daily practice for me. It has helped me reel in my anxious mind, ground myself when I’m feeling frayed, connect to deep listening, and discover skillful actions I can take in the world.
All it takes to start is just a few minutes a day.
I created this digital bundle of meditations as a way to share these practices that have been so meaningful to me. These guided meditations are suitable for all experience levels (even beginners!).
