  • How to interrupt tension cycles that cause leakage through body and nervous system practices.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • How breathing supports your pelvic floor, emotions, and gut health
  • Practice safe, progressive exercises that condition your body for higher-impact activities without fear of leaks
  • The connection between breath, gut health and pelvic support
  • How proper breathing supports your body during coughing, laughing, and sneezing—laying the groundwork for stopping leaks later on

  • Muscular strength, connective tissue, and fascia: how your whole body works together to support your pelvic floor
  • Reducing inflammation and improving gut health to build strength and resilience from the inside out

Frequently Asked Questions

1) How much time does it take? Toggle answer
Consider this: how much time do you spend avoiding uncomfortable situations? How many hours a week do you spend worrying about the problem?

Whether it’s mental time planning your bathroom stops, or physical time picking up pads, going to the bathroom “just-in-case,” etc. Not to mention, your frequent bathroom visits in the middle-of-the-night that make you feel exhausted the next day.  Recovery from surgery can take weeks or months, and also has a very low success rate.

The time commitment for this program is a minimum of five hours per week. More time will get you results faster, but five hours per week will get you the results you’re seeking.

Yes, 5 hours a week might feel like a lot for someone as busy as you. But think of how much time (and money, and energy) it will save you in the long run.

2) I’ve tried so many things already. What makes this course different? Toggle answer
Most programs just tell you to do kegels or lead you to get surgery. Total Control Technique works because it addresses your whole system — body, mind, and daily habits. You’ll get:

● A holistic approach – Breath, movement, pelvic floor, anatomy and biomechanics, nutrition, daily choices, and stress patterns.
● Built-in support – Group coaching and a caring community.
● 1:1 expert sessions – Customized guidance for your body.
● Lifelong tools – Simple strategies you can use anywhere.

It’s not another “one-size-fits-all” plan. It’s a complete system for lasting results.

3) Will this work for pelvic pain or difficulty experiencing pleasure? Toggle answer
Yes! While this program is geared towards people with bladder leaks, there are many symptoms that come from the same pelvic floor issues. Symptoms such as:

● Low-back, pelvic, hip or knee pain
● Discomfort during sex or struggle with penetration
● Prolapse

Anything that supports getting rid of bladder leaks supports healing these issues as well

4) This feels like a big commitment. How can I be sure this will work? Toggle answer
I know investing in yourself can feel big. But consider the alternatives: surgery can cost thousands, require weeks or months of recovery, and still has a high failure rate (around 60% after five years).

No one can stop your leaking for you. When you make this commitment, you are also investing in YOU. YOU show up to the calls, YOU change your habits, YOU commit to practicing. And you do this with my guidance and support.

With Total Control Technique, you invest just ten weeks — and with consistency, you’ll walk away with tools for life to keep you dry. That means:

● No more pads or “special” underwear.
● No more planning your day around bathroom stops.
● No repeat procedures or ongoing expenses.
● No more packing extra clothes “just in case.”
● No more smelling like pee

This isn’t a temporary fix. It’s a one-time investment that saves you money, time, and frustration for years to come.

5) When are the live coaching calls? Are there recorded replays? Toggle answer
The live calls are Mondays at 6pm ET, beginning on October 13, 2025. All calls will be recorded and you will have lifetime access through the community portal.

6) How much does it cost? Toggle answer
Incontinence is expensive. It can cost a person $50,000-$400,000 over the span of 10 years.

According to the National Institutes of Health, Duke University, and the Journal of Urology, the cost of incontinence is so high due to these factors:

● 48% will experience anxiety symptoms — and the medical, therapeutic, and productivity costs that come with it.
● 80% will experience depression — another major drain on health and happiness.
● 57% will have trouble sleeping — leading to higher healthcare costs and lower daily performance.
● 58% will experience daytime fatigue — which hurts careers, energy levels, and quality of life.
● 1 in 5 will choose surgery — costing $6,000 to $25,000, often not covered by insurance.
● 20% of those surgeries fail within 2 years.
● 60% of those surgeries fail after 5 years.

And that’s not counting the ongoing cost of pads and protective underwear, which can run into the twenty thousand or more over a decade.

This program at full price is a $4K investment.

You can get on my in order to know when they’re happening.

When you look at what incontinence costs over time — financially, physically, and emotionally — it’s clear:

This course more than pays for itself.
You’re paying either way.

● Keep paying in wet pants, exhaustion, anxiety, depression, and constant bathroom planning — and the costs will keep stacking up for years.
● Or invest in making your body work again — and get paid back for the next decade in health, freedom, and peace of mind.

When your pelvic floor works, everything works better.

7) What results can I expect? Toggle answer
Although results can vary, If you invest in this program now and commit to the meetings, the practices, and the homework:

● In 10 weeks, you can reverse incontinence.
● You get your confidence, freedom, and comfort back.
● You stop spending on pads, surgery, and medications.
● You avoid the hidden costs of fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, and missed opportunities.
● You can avoid surgery .
● You can recover from surgery if you've already gotten it, and prevent that surgery from failing .

It’s like turning off a financial leak and a physical one.
